Wedding Weekend Coordination Package
For the Bride who wants to plan it herself
- Consultation with the Bride and Groom to find out information about the wedding and determine their needs.
- Preparation of the wedding budget
- Review of vendor contracts
- Coordinate/confirm vendors
- Create weekend schedule with detailed itinerary
- Offer creative suggestions
- Send schedules to wedding party, family members and vendors
- Final consultation to review wedding details
- Attend and direct wedding rehearsal
- Attend and coordinate ceremony
- Attend and coordinate reception activities and vendors, including transporting items from ceremony to reception
- Distribute vendor final payments
- Gather gifts and cards.
- Return rental items
- Unlimited email communication during planning
Platinum Wedding Coordination Package
For the Bride who needs help planning it all
- All services listed in the Weekend Coordination package above plus the following:
- Creation of a binder with comprehensive timelines
- Calls to schedule vendor appointments
- Customized budget and tasks list
- One hour meeting each month prior to the wedding
- Assistance with menu, floor plans, music selection, flower arrangements, invitations and programs.
- One hour meeting with each vendor to finalize details prior to wedding
Rates
- Weekend Coordination Package up to 30 hours - $1250
- Weekend Coordination Package up to 50 hours - $2250
- Platinum Wedding Coordination Package up to 100 hours - $4500
- Additional hours are $50 per hour
Payment Policies
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon contract signing
- Checks are payable to "Flawless Affairs"
- We accept VISA/Mastercard with 3% surcharge
- $25 late fee to all past due and/or returned checks
- Final payment is due at the last planning session before your event
